Sessions with me are typically scheduled once per week for 50 minutes. If you're needing something different when it comes to scheduling, like say every other week or a different time each week, we can create a plan that fits into your life. This is your therapy so it has to work for you and your time frame.

I offer online appointment booking for ongoing clients through my Client Portal as well as the option to book appointments in person and via phone or email.
